Meet Water Bolozonella, long-time bar head at the famous Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice.

One blue afternoon we happened by for a little late lunch. The poolside café was not busy. Walter served us himself, and, like usual, we got to talking. He’s an author! A collection of favorite cocktails and anecdotes from the visits of famous people to the hostelry—which is a story in itself.
